Refund requests are eligible if made within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies to all paid plans across all Overconda Lab products.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@overconda.space with:
- Your order number or license key
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- The full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
- You should uninstall the premium version of the plugin from your site(s)
4. What Is Not Refundable
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made after the 14-day refund window
- Renewal charges (if auto-renewal was enabled and you did not cancel before the renewal date)
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds of the same product)
- Custom development or consulting services
5. Free Products
Free versions of our products are provided at no cost and are not subject to this refund policy. If you experience issues with a free product, please reach out to us for support.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you purchased an Agency plan but only need a single-site license, we can downgrade your plan and refund the difference, provided the request is made within the 14-day window.
7. Disputes
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
