3. License & Usage
Upon purchasing a paid plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on the number of sites specified by your plan. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product
- Modify the product for redistribution
- Use the product on more sites than your license allows
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Free versions are provided as-is and may have limited features compared to paid plans.
4. Accounts & License Keys
Certain products require license key activation. You are responsible for keeping your license keys confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your license key.
One license key may only be used on the domain(s) authorized by your plan. Activating a license on a new domain may deactivate it on the previous domain.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed annually. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your region.
By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Renewals are not automatic unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Support & Updates
Paid plans include access to product updates and support for the duration of your active license. After your license expires, you may continue using the last version available but will not receive further updates or priority support.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our products in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your website, its content, and how you configure our plugins and tools.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our products are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overconda Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every hosting environment or third-party plugin.
10. Intellectual Property
All products, code, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Overconda Lab. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use paid products is revoked.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
